Our Holistic Family Centred Project Approach
Focusing upon our areas of intervention, we have established a model and approach that enables us to identify and support the most vulnerable families living within the communities we operate. Parents/Guardians are supported by at least three of the interventions illustrated below, ensuring a greater level of self-reliance and resilience. Each household is assessed after 18 months and 3 years. After this timeframe, it is predicted that these households will have graduated out of poverty.
